Registration season is open to receive support for forest restoration by Copaíba.
Does your rural property lack water?
Rural landowners can register to receive benefits and be able to recover the water, soil and environmental quality of their properties, through ecological restoration.
How it works?
– After registration, without commitment, the Association's restoration team visits the property to understand the characteristics and uses of the land in each registered area and then prepares the technical project for approval by the owner.
– The next step is to sign a contract where:
– Copaíba provides inputs for preparing the area, native seedlings, technical monitoring for two years and, depending on the location and size of the property and the restoration project in which it is inserted, it is possible to obtain fence material and hand planting work.
– The partner owner does not invest financial resources, but participates in the process, being responsible for carrying out the maintenance of the forest in formation, which is summarized in ant control, grass cutting and fertilization, always with the guidance of the Copaíba team. After all, planting is necessary, but the maintenance of small trees is essential for the success of forest formation!
Forest fragments, especially riparian forests and hilltops, are essential for the quality and quantity of water in our streams and rivers. Know the benefits
