Call Notice - Ordinary General Meeting
Notice of Convocation
The Board of Directors of the Copaíba Environmentalist Association summons its members to the Ordinary general Assembly which will be held on March 31, 2022, at 6 pm, at the institution's headquarters: Estrada Municipal da Pedra Branca, s/n, Socorro/SP. The meeting will be broadcast by videoconference to members.
The Agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting will be:
- Presentation and voting of the activities report and financial statements for the year 2021;
- Presentation of the planning for the year 2022;
- Approval of new members;
- Termination of associates;
- Election of the members of the Board of Directors and Fiscal Council – biennium 2022-2024;
