Copaíba publishes the public notice for the selection and hiring of professionals in the environmental area for the position of Field Technician and Field Assistant for “Verde Novo”.

Verde Novo is a project carried out by Copaíba, sponsored by Petrobras, through the Petrobras Socio-environmental Program. Verde Novo aims to contribute to the restoration and conservation of the Atlantic Forest of the Peixe and Camanducaia river basins. For this, landowners interested in restoring the native forests on their properties are supported. Support is provided through the donation of seedlings, planting inputs and all necessary technical assistance before, during and after planting the seedlings.

All areas planted with the support of the project, in partnership with landowners, are monitored and evaluated. These areas are monitored by the project's technical team (Forest Restoration Coordinator, Field Technician and Field Assistant).

In addition to monitoring, the carbon stock will be quantified in areas undergoing forest restoration, in previous stages of this project.

The selection process will be carried out for two vacancies, one for the position of Field Technician and another for Field Assistant.
